MillOptimizer, our own optimization solution, is currently installed at a handful of plants. The system was developed in 2023, and works very well. MillOptimizer can today fully optimize Whole stem, Log, Block and Boards. The optimization takes into account both the true shape of the log and the mechanical limitations of the dismemberment machines.
