Support / Service 

 

Our delivery always includes that we coordinate and ensure that commissioning of the system takes place. We also provide training at the customer’s site.

Our commitment does not stop there. Milltech´s systems are business critical for our customers, and our goal is to always provide the best service from our team of knowledgeable service technicians and programmers.

We are now improving our customer support and increasing accessibility for you as a customer.

Our support desk is staffed Monday-Friday 07.00-16.00 (closed for lunch 12.00-13.00) CET.

When you need support;

 

1. Email your case to our support desk - support@milltech.se

2. If you want to get in touch with our support desk regarding your support matter
    or if it is an urgent matter, call +46 (0)470-70 76 90, and press 1.

3. Matters that cannot be resolved directly by our first-line support are assigned           to a specialist who will get back to you.

 

The matter handled by our support is billed per hour according to the regular hourly rate. Minimum charge per case is a charge of half an hour excluding VAT.
